At Radial Classes, we are committed to providing quality coaching services for students preparing for IIT-JEE and NEET. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have established a transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness to both students and our educators.
1. Course Purchases (Recorded Courses & Study Materials)-
Non-Refundable: Once a recorded course or study material is purchased, it is non-refundable. Students are advised to review course previews and details before purchase.

Exception: If there is a technical issue (e.g., inability to access content) and it is reported within 48 hours of purchase, a refund may be considered after investigation.

If a student cancels at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the live class, a 100% refund will be provided.

If a student cancels within 7 days but before the first live session, a 50% refund will be provided.

Within 3 days of the first live class: Eligible for 25% refund.

After 3 days or after attending 2 or more live sessions: No refund will be provided.

If we cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor unavailability or technical issues, students will be notified and offered:

A rescheduled class, or
-
A full or pro-rated refund based on the number of missed sessions.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

If a student fails to attend live sessions without cancellation, no refund or compensation will be offered.

Any dispute related to cancellation or refund must be raised within 15 days of the issue.
